To Reserve Your Session: Google Calendar Invitations
Regardless of how your session has been scheduled (in session or email), you must accept the Google Calendar Invitation within 24 hours to secure your time.

We certainly understand that there may be an emergency and you need to cancel at the last minute, however, when possible give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Without 24 hour’s notice, you will be charged as follows:
First missed session: ½ session fee
Second and following missed sessions: Full session fee
